These brake pads are for the BBT 1248-010 and TRW calipers. These calipers use a pin and spring assembly and because of this spring, the brake pad is different in shape from the “standard” BBT 1243. The difference is in the height between the pin holes. On these BBT / TRW brake pads, this is higher than on spring-plate brake pads.
